BENEFITS:

• Uncapped overrides on supplemental increases
• Multiple pay options. Depending on experience and ability to supplement we have a range of base pay and override structure. With each of our pay structures a supplementer is expected to make a minimum of $75,000 including base and overrides. However, as a company expecting excellence to be pursued, a supplementer can make an excess of $150,000 per year including base and overrides.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all supplements and provide to insurance carriers.
• Read initial insurance scopes provided by sales reps to determine what items are missing or paid incorrectly.
• After providing supplements to insurance carriers you will be following up daily with emails and phone calls to the specific adjuster on each claim.
• Entering all data, supplementals, and communications with adjusters and sales reps into our CRM.
• Track all supplements and increases in our spreadsheets.
• Maintain timely supplements and job flows.
• Maintain a cleanly working space.
• Be on time everyday.
• Communicate daily with managers and sales reps
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer’s needs and wants.
• Manage supplements from start to finish.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to pass a background screening and a drug screen.
• Must have a high level of Xactimate experience.
• Must maintain a positive and uplifting mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be energetic, have a positive attitude, and willing to learn and invest in yourself.
• Must have a high work ethic and be able to work independently.
